Tickets
1.1 Tickets can only be purchased through this website or over the phone using a valid credit card. A minimum 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment is taken from the card upon submission of the booking, and bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed. Any outstanding payments will be taken upon checkin for your tour and can be made via card or cash.
1.2 After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a request to sign a mandatory waiver.
1.3 Tickets and vouchers must be original, display an expiry date and be presented at the time of entry. Photo ID and signatures may be required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to police.
1.4 Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars and you are solely liable for any currency conversion fee or other amounts charged by your credit card provider.
1.5 Our Canoe The Coorong Experience Requires a minimum of 8 deposits for the trip to go ahead. In the event we do not secure 8 deposits, or in the event of an unsafe weather forecast, you will receive a full refund of payment made.
2. Cancellations
2.1 If cancellations are made less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled tour date or participants fail to show, we are unable to provide a refund or reschedule. For the Canoe The Coorong trip, there are no refunds on deposits available for a change of mind.
2.2 Management does, however, reserve the right to make exceptions where it deems it to be an extenuating circumstance.
2.3 There is a no-refund policy for non-attendances, late attendance, failure to participate or breach of Conditions of Entry. Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, all bookings are final.
2.4 Enliven Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tours due to inclement weather conditions. Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are offered a full refund or rescheduled tour date.
2.5 If a tour is cancelled due to a COVID lockdown, restrictions on outdoor businesses, a closed border, or if you have been told to self isolate prior to 24hrs before your tour, you will be given the option to receive a re-schedule, a voucher or a full refund. If you become unwell within 24hrs of your tour and are forced to self isolate, we cannot offer a full refund, however, we will offer a re-schedule or a voucher for reoccurring tours. Note, the options to rebook is not applicable for once-off events or retreats.
2.5 Our refund policy does not cover travel or accommodation booked by the passenger. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
3. Conditions of Entry
To participate in an Enliven Outdoor Adventures Tour, you must:
• Weigh less than 110kg (SUP board limit).
• Have an adult on-site if you are under 14 years old
• Understand the SUP safety rules given in the briefing, and complete the on-land introduction to paddling un-aided
• Show no signs of alcohol or drugs use
• Be physically fit and free of any medical conditions
• Wear appropriate clothing that is able to get wet
• Wear a life jacket (supplied)
• Secure any loose personal items
• Sign a Waiver. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult who signs for them. 14 to 17 year olds can participate in a tour without an adult joining, but their parent or guardian must sign the waiver.
4. Medical Conditions
4.1 Participants must be able to declare that they are medically, mentally and physically fit and able to participate in an Enliven SUP tour (per our waiver).
4.2 Participants must immediately notify Enliven Outdoor Adventures in writing of any change to their medical condition, fitness or ability to participate in a tour.
4.3 You should seek medical advice if uncertain.
4.4 Enliven Outdoor Adventures Reserves the right to deny you access to participating in a tour if we, acting reasonably, are not completely satisfied that it is safe for you to participate.
5. Gift Cards
51. Gift Cards are valid for up to 3 years.
5.2 If you purchase the additional printing and postage option, we will post your voucher within 3 business days from the time of purchase.
5.3 Any unused funds will remain stored on your giftcard and may be redeemed on future bookings within the 3year redemption period.
5.4 Gift cards are non-refundable.
5.5 Gift cards can be transferred to other people free of charge.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any dispute in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
