Stand Up Paddle Boarding (or SUP) is a fun and rewarding outdoor activity that is great for women of all fitness and ability levels. SUP is high risk (falling in!) and high reward (you’re standing on water!). Enliven makes Adelaide SUP adventures approachable, fun, and beginner-friendly, and comes with the added bonus of giving you the opportunity to connect with other women, to get out of your comfort zone and to spend time exercising outdoors, ALL with the safety and comfortability of a female qualified instructor. Women’s SUP lesson - Adelaide
Duration: 2hrs (+15mins checkin time)
Price: $75pp*+BF+GST
Location: Tiranna Way, West Lakes
Designed for beginners or women wanting to improve their SUP technique and confidence, the intro to SUP lesson covers:
Paddle adjusting and paddle strokes
The features of the board
How to safely carry your board
SUP safety
How to paddle on your belly, knees and feet!
Optional:
Can also include how to safely fall off and re-mount your SUP.
Learn the “pivot turn” if the group wants an extra challenge!

Women’s Wake Up & SUP! - Adelaide
Duration: 1hr (+15mins checkin time)
Price: $37pp*+ BF+GST
Location: Mirani Court, West Lakes Shores OR Tiranna Way, West Lakes (weather dependent).
Designed for women who have been for a SUP before, this sunrise paddle aims to provide women with a fun “group-fitness” activity on the sea! A great way to practice your SUPing, gain confidence on the sea, improve your SUP fitness, and make friends while enjoying the sunrise!
If you’re lucky, you might get to spot Long-Nosed Fur Seals, Australian Sea Lions, Eagle Rays or Bottlenosed Dolphins.

Women’s Sunset SUP experience - Adelaide
Duration: 1hr (+15mins checkin time)
Price: $37pp* +BF+GST
Location: Mirani Court, West Lakes Shores OR Tiranna Way, West Lakes (weather dependent).
Wind-down at the end of the day with a relaxing paddle to watch the sunset. This session is designed for women who have been for a SUP before, but as it will be a relaxed paddle, all levels of SUP experience are welcome. Connect with other women and with nature and take in the evening serenity!

Private Stand Up Paddle Boarding Experience - Adelaide
Duration: 2hrs (+15mins checkin time)
Price: $300 +GST flat rate for groups of 1-6people (all genders welcome). Additional $50 per person (up to 8pax total)
Location: Tiranna Way, West Lakes
Want to bring your husband, brother or son out for a paddle with you? Or maybe you would prefer a private one-on-one lesson rather than a group setting? The Private SUP session is perfect for singles, couples, a family or friends who don’t wanna share with the general public ;)
The private session gives you exclusive access to the board and guide, and the boys can be invited along too!
